At some point in our lives, we all experience events that can lead us to suffering from anxiety and depression. My therapeutic and coaching support will help you get back to feeling ‘normal’, happy, healthy, and ready for a brighter future.
Any traumatic experience can become ‘stored’ within our minds and our bodies, holding us in mental, emotional or physical pain. By working through and releasing the trauma I will help you break free from suffering that’s linked to past events.
Excessive stress on a prolonged basis can affect our mental and emotional well-being and lead us to ill-health. My stress management programme will help you feel more relaxed, balanced and in control whilst improving your overall health.
Some emotions such as anger, fear, regret and grief can hold us in pain and prevent us from moving forward. I will help you to manage and overcome such limiting emotions, enabling you to feel much lighter, freer and happier.
Based on my own personal experience of surviving cancer, I will guide, advise and support you in dealing with the mental, emotional and physical effects so you feel empowered and fully equipped to win your battle against cancer.
As the creator of the Essential Mind Training programme, I will teach you how to connect with the 7 Essential Senses to revitalise and improve the function of your brain, mind and vital energy, helping you live your life to the full.
We are destined to cultivate love…and through love, we evolve. Within each of us, there is an infinite and divine source which we only need to recognise, practise, and experience. Living is the possibility to realise fully that the source does not extinguish itself.
